Position Overview

 

As a Corporate Travel Consultant in Miami, Florida, your role involves the daily management of travel bookings, from straightforward itineraries to complex journeys. You’ll ensure strict adherence to corporate travel guidelines set by our diverse corporate accounts. Additional Information

 

The ideal candidate will be based at our corporate office in Coconut Grove, Miami, but we also offer a hybrid Onsite and Offsite work arrangement.

After a 3-month trial period, employees have access to our health plan. Please note that this health plan is offered only to those working onsite in Miami; it does not apply to remote workers in other states.

 

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-focused travel services role.
  • Proficiency in Amadeus is a must.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for effective presentation.
  • Adaptability to perform various duties as required.
  • Exhibits diplomacy and tact when dealing with vendors, colleagues, and clients.
  • Possesses a courteous and professional telephone demeanor.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the travel agency sector.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience within the travel industry, including expertise in Amadeus; familiarity with other GDS systems is a plus.
  • Demonstrates regular and dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Multilingual skills are advantageous.
  • Advanced level of English proficiency in both verbal and written communication, with a strong command of English grammar.
  • Proficient in computer software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
